I was recommended this place by a friend, and I’m really glad I chose to stay here. Alice, the PIC, is super hands-on. She took the time to explain all the packages in detail and shared lots of useful tips on newborn care, which really helped us as first-time parents. All the nurses here are so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. They genuinely care and are always willing to teach us how to take care of our baby-from burping to bathing and answering all our questions. They made us feel much more confident before going home. What I love most is that everyone here is so warm and caring. It never feels overly commercial. They treat you like family while still being very professional. The food is delicious, and the portions are huge! I could even share my meals with my husband. Thank you to the whole team for making my confinement stay such a comfortable and memorable one. I would definitely recommend this place to any new parents!
