When should I book a confinement centre?
It is recommended to book 6 months ahead of your Estimated Due Date (EDD) to secure your preferred dates.

What is included in the package?
Accommodation, meals, nursing care, baby care, and recovery support are all included.

What are the common baby issues that new parents will encounter?
Frequent spit-up/ tummy issues / poor weight gain/ diaper rash are the commonest issues faced. We provide weekly paediatrician follow up, 24/7 monitoring and daily weight tracking.

How do you manage baby's jaundice issue?
We provide close monitoring and daily transcutaneous bilirubin scanning for babies who have jaundice issues. Frequent feeding and observation of motion passing are clearly recorded in our Baby Daybook App.

What baby care services are provided?
We offer comprehensive daily baby care by trained professionals, including CPR-certified staff. Services include baby bathing, gentle massage, and structured baby care classes designed to equip parents with essential skills and confidence before discharge.

Is support available for breastfeeding or engorgement issues?
Yes. Our in-house chief nurse is also a certified lactation counsellor, available to assist with breastfeeding challenges, including engorgement, latching techniques, and milk supply management. In-house masseur is available to assist with lactation massage and lymphatic drainage.

How is the mother’s health and recovery monitored?
Mothers receive daily health checks by our nursing team to ensure optimal recovery. We address common postpartum concerns such as headaches, sleep difficulties, and wound discomfort. In addition, a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner visits weekly to support holistic recovery.

What kind of meals are provided during the stay?
We provide carefully curated postpartum meals, including daily tonic soups. All tonic soups are tailored according to the mother’s delivery method (natural birth or Caesarean section) to promote effective healing and nourishment.

Are there benefits for companions staying together?
Yes. We offer a complimentary stay for one companion, along with a designated car park space. Companions also enjoy full access to all facilities within the building throughout the duration of the stay.

Yes, visitation is allowed based on our centre’s guidelines to ensure safety and comfort.
